  • At Brick + Laurel, we focus on fair, transparent rates from the beginning.

    Our Standard Rate is $149/hr or $2200 for all day (8a-12a).

    We do offer a discounted weekday rate of $125/hr for Monday-Thursday.

  • We refund deposits if you cancel within 48 hours of booking. After 48 hours, deposits are non‑refundable. If something comes up, contact us — we can often reschedule and apply your deposit to a new date.

  • Brick + Laurel offers complimentary tours so you can evaluate the space before making a decision.
